Upon Her Mycelial Throne

Upon Her Mycelial Throne is a high-level fungal-horror adventure guide designed for use in Down We Go, but usable in your old school fantasy game of choice. The general plot works under the idea that your play group has at least 8-12 sessions under their belt (at least level 5 in Down We Go) before taking on the big bad, and talks about how to organically seed the ideas presented herein to players, before things really start to pop off.

More generally though, Upon Her Mycelial Throne is an adventure that sees the rise and fall of Queen Zaadha, a royal fungal monster from days long past, living in the undercity of Infinopolis. Players will slowly piece together a bigger threat, destroy the Four Profane Anti-Kings, and ultimately challenge Queen Zaadha herself in the heart of Castle Infinopolis.

Alongside the new traps, enemies, and items; this 32 page adventure introduces a new class that can eat away at pre-existing classes, 8 new character backgrounds to provide a little more variety to the vanilla Down We Go experience, and 3 brand new factions that all slot well within the the mesh of Infinopolis. The desire here is to provide something new to folks enjoying the game, even if they aren’t interested in playing this adventure path! 

Moreover, the game contains a ton (with more to come!) of custom made collage art that will be dropping into public domain a few weeks after the release of the game! If you like the art, but don't like the adventure make something better yourself I dare you.
